church

Almighty God, bless and guide King Charles III

as Defender of the Faith

and Supreme Governor of the Church of England,

 granting him faithfulness and wisdom,

in the name of Jesus Christ,

the King of all kings, Head of the Church,

and Sovereign Ruler of nations. Amen.

A prayer at time of war:

Gracious God, whose Son made peace with warring humanity on the cross, by your Spirit confound the work of aggressors,

limit the harm to life and limb, watch over refugees in every nation,

and cause your church to stand strong in every land

as communities of truth and hope,

for the glory of your name. Amen.

We no longer ask you to wear masks for the service; they are now optional. But please respect those who prefer to keep wearing face masks and remember that, if you are ill, you can watch online at home (see tab 'Services'). Thank you.
